I'm a Counseling Psychologist committed to helping individuals navigate the intersection of professional growth and personal well-being. With a specialized focus on career mental health and drug abuse counseling, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to overcome workplace burnout, career transitions, and substance use challenges and help clients build sustainable, purpose-driven lives through evidence-based, holistic therapy.
